Our client, a Reputable European Corporate Bank, is looking for an Assistant Manager- Sales Support to cover cash management products of Greater China region.


Responsibilities:

  • Support maintaining relationships (with existing clients), including deploying and engaging into all activities required maintain the client relationship.
  • Assist on boarding of new clients (outbound). These efforts are focused on sales and administration processes in order to land mandates.
  • Assist in origination, execution and maintenance of liquidity management products and services for clients.
  • Act as a service contact office for clients.
  • Translate the explanatory and other materials including agreements prepared by the bank into Chinese for Chinese corporates.
  • Support sales and marketing activities.
  • Provide clients with product explanations and information in regard of the bank's services.
  • Prepare explanatory and other materials for clients and providing these materials to clients.
  • Assist in customer due diligence procedures for clients.
  • Assist in arranging and accompanying meetings with clients when the bank's employees visit Greater China.


Requirements:

  • University graduated in Business Administration, Finance or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales support/ client service from an international bank environment
  • Knowledge of liquidity management/ cash management OR corporate treasury will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient in EXCEL, Powerpoint and Word Processing applications.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
