Provide a wide variety of support to product/coverage area, sales or trading within the Securities and investment Banking and Capital Markets Divisions. These individuals are typically not in the formal program analyst training program but may perform similar tasks in support of transactions, financial/statistical analysis, due diligence, collecting, compiling, analyzing data, etc.

Major Focus on Taiwan Markets.

Market Skills and Certifications -

·    Strong analytical and quantitative skills
·    Ability to work in a team environment
·    Ability to function independently and proactively with minimal direct oversight
·    Ability to multi-task
·    Ability to learn, think, and react quickly
·    Keen attention to detail
·    A working knowledge of Excel, Word and VBA
·    General knowledge of fixed income markets
·    University graduate with at least 1-2 year working experience in fixed income sales & trading desk
·    Native Mandarin speaking and fluent English. Fluency in Cantonese is a plus. 
·    Types 1 (dealing in securities) and 4 (advising on securities) licences : HKSI LE Paper 1 passed.
