Business Engagement Team, Outbound, Business BankingThis is a sales role in Business Banking (BB) required to generate leads introduce customers to the suite of Business Banking products.
Roles and Responsiblities will include:
Cross-Sell or Up-Sell (Generated Leads)
- Proactive outbound calling to existing customers to introduce and promote suite of BB products and services
- Leads triggered through Portfolio Team with outbound call efforts to cross sell/ up-sell Bank's products and services to customers
- Referrals to sales channels for follow ups and ensure closure of leads
- Provide information to new product or services through campaign driven initiatives to customers by outbound call efforts
- Reinforcement call to customer to inform and activate interest on campaign
- To initiate customer service call to customers and gather information from focus customer segments and groups
- Leverage on every outbound call to fact-find and be the resource channel for Business
- Initiate service calls to re-activate existing to product or existing to Bank customers for anti-attrition purpose through triggered leads provided by Portfolio Team.
