Our client, an MNC organisation with a strong presence in Asia, is currently seeking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer. The role is based in Mumbai, India and our client is looking to recruit a well-travelled, seasoned Finance Professional to join their team. This CFO will look after providing and analysing all numbers, reporting, compliance and governance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing a strong financial framework
  • Ensure integrity of the numbers by delivering accurate, reliable and timely financial information
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities
  • P&L and Balance sheet management
  • Driving a strong governance culture
  • Partnering closely with Senior Stakeholders and being regarded as the Head Finance Business Partner
  • Manage operational costs
  • Ensure that MIS and reporting deliverables meet relevant stakeholder requirements
  • Monitor risk appetite and risk/return trade-offs
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships both across Finance and business stakeholder groups as well as external partners
  • Bring thought leadership and up to date technical knowledge to the team
  • Provide strategic financial insight and advice in order to drive performance within the business



  • Solid academic background with Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Financial Management
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to manage a large team of people across different geographical locations
  • Excellent interpersonal, technical, verbal and written communication skills
