Overall Functions
The role will hold significant responsibility in providing support to the Team Head, Compliance Managers and Compliance Officers. The successful candidate will be part of a new team to undertake remediation exercises. The candidate is expected to be organized and numerate with excellent attention to detail, and to be able to work well within a team and yet take initiative and ownership over his/her own area of work.

  • Conduct account reviews of KYC and CDD information of existing/new relationships including but not limited to higher risk relationships and financial intermediaries;
  • Handling of resubmission requests, cash withdrawal requests and Blocked Account handling etc.;
  • Liaise with relationship managers / business managers for issues and deficiencies identified during review;
  • Update and implement account review processes;
  • Monitor and track progress of various remediation exercises;
  • Consolidate review findings and Group management reports to Senior Management;
  • Collation of statistics.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Team Head.
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Attention to detail, including planning and organization;
  • Ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively;
  • Sound interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to be proactive;
  • Strong MS Suite skills - in particular Excel, Word and Outlook;

  • University degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
