Manage infrastructure services, including
• Technology infrastructure
• Market data systems
• Dealing channels
• Dealer board system
• GT Server rooms
• Premises
• Technology-related Operation Risk
• Support the overseas branch dealers on their requests and drive standardization
• Manage the relationship with counterparty electronic platform relationship managers and vendors

Business continuity management
• Main coordinator for all BCM initiatives.
• Ensure the BCP processes are reviewed, updated and signed-off annually

• Co-ordinate IT logistics and liaise with both IT and end-users on enhancements/requirements
• Prepare solution/project/testing support/ delivery/implementation plans, engage the appropriate teams and prepare cost estimates for approval for infrastructure, premise and business continuity management projects: manage the project till implementation

• Attend TRMC sessions as Alternate TRMC representative for GT
• Actively involved in Audit ( external, internal and Exchange) and ensure controls are in place
• Active involvement in the negotiation with vendors for contract renewal or subscription
• Prepare & manage infrastructure budget


• Years of working experience :8-10 years
• Professional qualifications: Degree in computer engineering or equivalent,
• Knowledge / skills
• Willing and able to operate effectively as a team player contribute and able to accept to be trained with leadership skill
• Good knowledge in Windows and Unix operating systems, network infrastructure, market data services, dealer board system
• Strong knowledge in project management
• Strong knowledge of Treasury systems and infrastructure requirements
• Familiar with general banking solutions/policies and requirements such as outsourcing and procurement
• Knowledge in web technology and application would be an advantage
• Able to translate business requirements into tangible IT solutions
• Identify new tools and technical solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
