Sales Manager (Trading)

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 Brokerage firms primarily in Singapore and SEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the pre-sales team the Sales Manager is required to direct sales process both internally and externally
  • Provide accurate updates on progress actions to closure
  • The Sales manager is required to build up a substantial qualified pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate records of such within the Salesforce tool
  • Provide consultative support ensuring that the client is leveraging all of FIS's products and technology solutions / services as effectively and efficiently as possible
  • Conducting Product workshops with the senior management of brokerage firms.
  • Contacting and qualifying new sales prospects
  • Experience of building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or related studies
  • Knowledge of the Derivatives and Securities brokerage market in SEA
  • Min 7 years experience selling to the brokerages
  • Excellent market knowledge in trading applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote hiring managers, third-party providers and prospects at all levels. Proven Sales performer who has consistently achieved targets
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and direction.
