Section Head - Business Services

  • Manage two teams in the department: (i) Document Services Outsourcing Management team, (ii) Office Services & Equipment team, to ensure smooth service delivery with compliance to requirements, policies and regulations. Responsibilities include:
    • Anticipating business users' needs and ensure service providers' processing capacity to meet the needs and requirements
    • Constantly identifying opportunities to provide and sustain better customer service experience for business users
    • Drive initiatives identified to achieve desired outcome
    • Initiating and influencing stakeholders on process improvements to enhance efficiency;
    • Keeping up with changes in policies and regulations, and work with the team and service providers to ensure compliance
    • Developing high performance teams that ensure consistency in service reliability
    • Take on ad hoc assignments, assist the Department Head in special projects from time to time and be the backup during her absence.

Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or role
  • Possess strong people skills, risk mind-set and sound understanding of financial management
  • Transformational, agile in learning and results oriented
  • Able to engage and influence different levels of staff independently
