Senior Operations Officer, Network Management (Senior Associate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Represent the department in adhoc projects and working groups.
  • Support in department deliverables and activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transaction/client requests within regulatory and legal guidelines.
  • Provide seamless, efficient, effective and value-added services to front office.
  • Close liaison and coordination with various parties, including front office and various support departments (technology, change/transformation, audit, compliance, legal, etc.)
  • Own the exceptions and escalations in the team and facilitate completion when necessary.
  • Ensure up-to-date procedure manuals and documentations.
  • Proactively review and enhance processing workflow to achieve improvements in operational efficiency and servicing.
  • Engage in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD/Team Head.

Preferably graduate degree in banking/finance but not absolutely necessary provided candidate has the relevant experience.

Candidate should preferably have minimum2 years' experience
