VP/AVP, Senior Business Analyst/Team Leader, Credit Management

Job responsibilities:
  • Preparation of ad-hoc and on-going reports and analytics for the Division (Productivity/MIS)
  • Understand ad-hoc and on-going reporting needs for the Division, including identification and monitoring of Key Performance and Productivity Indicators, and lead continued development of reports and solutions to provide accurate and relevant analysis
  • Manage data mining processes and other techniques to achieve quality and sophisticated business and forecast models
  • Process re-engineering and other ad-hoc projects to help improve redundant, time-consuming, tedious processes into automated task

Job requirements:
  • Degree/diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Admin, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 8 years' of experience in MIS, data analysis and financial environment
  • Broad understanding of the business and information technology, including data networks and database management. Must also be able to review and understand the limitations of technology in relation to key business processes
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills, able to follow procedures and resolve exceptions
  • Strong project management skills, pro-active, committed and result-oriented with a high degree of drive
  • Knowledge in SAS scripting, databases, software development and processes an advantage
  • Manages multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and responds to requests in a timely manner
  • Able to manage regional counterparts to ensure timely submission of productivity reports and updates
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
