Join our dynamic and experienced IT team, using your IT asset administration / procurement experience and take your career to your heights! What will your typical day look like?
As our IT Team Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the assets of the ITS environment and coordinating on-boarding activities and tasks of new staff joining and leaving the firm. This will involve running IT asset reports and coordinating / auditing of stock, managing assets and overseeing the administration of our core asset management system. You will also liaise with visitors attending the front counter, triaging incidents and requests to the ITS onsite technicians, while offering a range of administrative support including data entry, mail handling, and electronic record maintenance. This is an important and integral role to the smooth running of the team. About the team

You will be a part of a team that provides high quality, hands-on, IT support to Deloitte Australia clients. The ITS department includes the support and resolution of hardware and software incidents & requests on our notebooks, mobile devices, wireless technologies and network & printers. You are someone with:
Proven administrative and organisational skills, with approximately 2 years' experience in a high-volume, detail-orientated environment, ideally in a professional services firm or procurement team.
You will also have:
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to find creative solutions to problems and flexible mindset
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to cope under the pressure of deadlines and multi-tasking,
- A strong team player committed to helping the team exceed client expectations
- Strong Microsoft office skills, in particular MS Excel
- Experience within procurement/professional services firm would be advantageous.
