As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in our Technology Consulting team your impact will be seen by:
  • Consulting with clients to help understand their challenges and identifying potential options to solve complex requirements
  • Assisting in managing transformational SAP HR projects to enhance business functionality and overall performance
  • Undertaking SuccessFactors end to end implementations across a diverse range of clients
  • Completing fit gap analysis between business requirements and system capability
About you

You have a background in implementing a number of SAP SuccessFactors modules and hold an Employee Central Professional Certification plus are highly skilled in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation including Employee Central time and integration. You also hold an understanding of how to be agile in changing circumstances when dealing with clients.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Consulting team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results.
