CIB - Presentation Specialist - Analyst

The PresentationsSpecialist requires intermediate / advanced skillset, and the ability toefficiently and accurately create and format documents such as pitch books,proposals, financial statements and other types of presentations following JPMorgan standards, using the Microsoft Office suite of applications (PowerPoint,Word and Excel). Also has knowledge of advanced graphics applications, such as InDesign,Photoshop, Illustrator, or other specialized applications, and is able tofulfill Express Desk or Help Desk roles

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Accurately complete all assigned jobs within the allocated timeframe and in line with specified formatting and layout standards
  • Be the expert in Microsoft Office suite, along with special functions such as scanning, Adobe Acrobat and completing all training assigned in a timely manner
  • Overseeing any discrepancies or areas of ambiguity in client data and seek appropriate guidance as directed (phone the banker, Front Desk, etc)
  • Receive feedback on audited work and apply this to continuous improvements in quality and productivity of output, developing capability for innovation and service excellence
  • Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles to deeper understand document requirements and by providing customer service excellence
  • Follow established job tracking and completion process utilizing GCFO's Workflow Exchange (WX) tool
  • Maintain performance within established team procedures and policies, including adherence to the attendance and lateness policy, submission of time worked through the appropriate tool before the given deadlines, and following print security and physical access procedures


To be successful, you willneed:
  • Minimum two years' experience in desktoppublishing, word processing, data entry or secretarial practice gained in a bankingenvironment will be highly beneficial
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills andthe ability to articulate succinctly
  • Excellent presentation and layout skills along withadvanced knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and atleast one advanced applications e.g. CS5, MapInfo
  • Exceptional client focus and commitment tocontinuously improving client satisfaction and quality, productivity andtimeliness of all GCFO services as well as his/her own work
  • Strong time management skills including the abilityto accurately and efficiently review, prioritize and produce work under intensedeadline pressure and being flexible to the needs of the operation which mayimpact working schedule
  • Good business judgment, particularly the ability toassess client requirements and operational capacity accurately in order todevelop and implement training material
