  • Be part of a collaborative Project Fee Remediation team resolving customer fee remediation issues
  • Work cooperatively, effectively and efficiently with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure adherence to legislative, regulatory requirements and ANZ policy

About The Role
Role Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Role Type: 6 month fixed term contract

As the Case Manager, you will manage financial services related cases in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The cases themselves will require analysis of a number of data points to determine the appropriate outcome is reached. As well as case management, you will have an exposure to fielding questions from internal stakeholders and clients.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Background in financial planning or related field is a key requirement)
  • Holder of Diploma of Financial Planning / Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146)
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy is a must as well as good time management and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate well to answer customer queries
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products and financial planning related systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships within the team and other relevant stakeholders
  • Highly motivated; a quick learner; is able to write well and keen to learn new skills in financial service
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project processes to drive improved customer outcomes
