X15 is responsible for incubating and bringing-to-market a portfolio of digital ventures that will go beyond our traditional banking model and offer new propositions to our customers.

You will be joining one of our exiting new venture teams, accountable for the venture's technology, driving strategic development of all practices and providing technical leadership and vision across the platform.
This role is the most senior technology role in the venture and, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be instrumental to the future success of the venture.
You will be adept at enabling a business to grow and change quickly while still maintaining a strong foundation of quality, stability and security. Requirements
You take an entrepreneurial approach to technology strategy and planning - seeking ways to deliver value more quickly whilst keeping our technology stack as simple as possible for our engineering team to understand, evolve and innovate.
You're a hands on, influential leader with a track record in mentoring, developing and inspiring a high performing team. You have a history of promoting an inclusive culture with engaged colleagues that feel proud to be part of the team.
You have architected or managed enterprise technology stacks that include critical business systems, operations monitoring and security measures, and will possess web technologies experience & understanding of internet and cloud application architectures.
Other favorable experience include Pega Case Management, OCR products, Web Analytics & SIEM tools, Orchestration & Automation. Experience of having worked in a digital product based environment from startup to scale-up will be highly regarded.
Demonstrable Executive level stakeholder management skills will be required to enable the promotion of your team's ideas, management of conflicting priorities and challenging of other where appropriate, facilitating and gaining consensus through those interactions. What now:
