The key responsibilities will be to: - Identify customer needs/market opportunities and achieve business growth by building and maintaining long term customer relationships within the assigned territory/accounts - Develop plans for sales accounts/campaigns in order to achieve targeted sales objectives generating revenue - Provide regular tracking and reporting on sales activities - Represent SWIFT and promote the company's products and services in order to grow our business by participating in, and occasionally speaking at, workshops and conferences - Liaise and co-ordinate with other APAC divisions/departments to provide the expert knowledge to communicate SWIFT's solutions and market initiatives to customers and to deliver SWIFT's products and services - Provide regular feedback on your markets and customer feedback on our products and services - Acquire and maintain market, product and services knowledge. Qualifications
Education - University degree or equivalent Experience - At least 7 years of experience in sales and relationship management in China/Greater China region preferably having focused on selling software and services to financial institutions - Good overall knowledge of the financial services industry - Strong selling skills and focus on achieving sales targets - Customer focused - Proven communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships at executive level - Team player - Fluent in English and Mandarin with high business proficiency.
