  • 按照银行服务流程处理银行客户投诉,向客户提供优质服务的同时达到投诉处理各项指标
  • 接听银行投诉热线,确保接听率和掉线率都达到指标要求
  • 不定期支援热线接听客户其他类型来电
  • 及时给予前线关于投诉处理的反馈,并提供培训给到前线以提高投诉处理的技能
  • 参加定期的简报会议和培训获得有关产品的知识和服务的技巧
  • 协助分组经理分配协助组员工作并提出改进意见
合规风险 管理
  • 遵守合规风险管理手册和部门工作程序中列明的控制程序
  • 遵照反洗黑钱相应的规定, 任何时候要警惕不寻常的或可疑的客户交易活动, 并且应当把任何可疑活动报告给相应部门的反洗黑钱主任和直线经理, 在紧急或特殊情况下, 可直接报告给地区反洗钱主任
  • 确保自己的工作操守符合合规风险管理程序和所有集团及部门的员工行为守则
  • 遵照一切涵盖了监管机构、当地和集团规定的政策和规定
  • 不得进行违规交易和误导销售,所有交易操作必须遵守部门工作程序

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 大专或以上学历,从事客户服务或者投诉处理相关工作2年以上
  • 熟悉金融行业各种监管要求和法律法规,尤其是消费者权益保护法
  • 流利的普通话,英语以及广东话,优先选择通过大学英语4级和大学英语6级考试者
  • 熟练操作各类办公软件
  • 优秀的人际沟通和团队合作能力
  • 能够在压力下工作并乐于迎接挑战
  • 积极的工作态度
