Business Process Manager
Job Description
  • Lead end to end Finance process improvement projects including process analysis, design and overall execution
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams through clearly defining problem scope and goals, identifying roles and responsibilities, establishing deliverables, managing execution, and measuring results
  • Facilitate the creation of standard processes, metrics and process management controls to sustain, adapt, and continuously improve
  • Support teams in the establishment of baseline metrics and KPIs across cross-functional processes
  • Support creation of process foundation including process landscape and value stream maps
  • Provide training, coaching and mentoring on process design and improvement activities
  • Challenge teams to think differently and approach problems in a new way
  • Apply change management techniques to drive organizational commitment
  • Act as a champion to bring process-centric thinking and behavior
  • Design, setup, and execute process workshops (Kaizen, Work Outs)


Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 -5 years project management experience
  • A minimum of 3 -5 years experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate teams through solution of complex business
problems using a variety of techniques and approaches
  • Ability to think strategically and holistically while connecting to operational details
  • Ability to form trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
  • Experience with 6 Sigma, Lean, Agile, Design Thinking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Visio, Powerpoint, Excel
