Financial Analyst – Commercial team
Job Description
Functional Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the production and distribution of monthly and quarterly Commercial Key Performance Indicators
  • Responsible for Relationship Management and Sales Operations monthly attainment reporting and addressing inquiries and feedback that may arise
  • Responsible for maintaining market coverage databases and all aspects of market coverage reporting including but not limited to global, regional, rating groups, and sectors
  • Responsible for regular and ad-hoc revenue reporting and analysis for allocated line of businesses supporting the revenue, markets and analysis team
  • Support preparation of monthly and quarterly materials for senior management presentations, discussions and reviews
  • Assist in deep dive analysis on Commercial KPIs to offer value added insight into drivers
  • Ability to consolidate data to perform analysis globally for specific aspects of budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date record of process documents
  • Provide support and input on Business Planning projects
Scope/Supervision and Interaction
  • Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility
  • Raises concerns to the appropriate level of management and keeps management informed of activities
Interaction with colleagues, Business Planning and business line representatives

Qualifications and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant financial experience with planning and analysis processes is preferred

Key Competencies
  • Passionate and willing to learn new skills with high-level problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English in both written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Exposure to multidimensional reporting applications
  • Superior skills with Microsoft Office applications ( advanced knowledge in Office 365 is a plus )
  • Ability to develop interactive dashboards or financial models including use of macros, Business Intelligence tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc. is desirable
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial statement reporting
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data with high standards of attention to detail
  • Comfortable with adapting multiple systems and performing research
