The Operational Management department is responsible for setting and driving the AZ group-wide HR OM agenda which includes HR Portfolio Management, HR IT Platform Management, HR Processes, Data and Risk Management as well as Project Management. Together with the HR Global Architect, OM maintains and develops the architecture of the HR Operating Model technology, process and data in line with the organizational setup. The HR Change Control Manager reports to the Head of HR Portfolio Management and is responsible for the management of change requests from a variety of stakeholders in strong alignment with the HR Transformation Program.

Key responsibilities: 

- Managing the HR Change Control Process from receipt of change requests, especially with regard to IT systems, HR processes and projects, to approval/rejection of change requests incl. progress tracking, meeting management, stakeholder liaison     
- Active demand management, pre-analysis of CRs
- Close alignment with change requestors and impact assessors
- Manage follow-up activities  with Allianz entities and our Centers of Expertise to ensure all data and relevant information is submitted on time (esp. change and project information)
- Communication of decision outcomes, ensuring information flow across all relevant Allianz entities and stakeholders
- Close collaboration with the Release Manager, especially with regard to release communication
- Oversee change control reporting
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Participate in key account management activities for Allianz entities already live with SuccessFactors, especially with regard to change control topics
- Close cooperation with the other HR OM pillars (IT Platform Management; Processes, Policies & Risk), especially with regard to change
- Close cooperation with the HR Transformation team and Allianz Technology as the chief implementation partner
- Support the team in other tasks/activities/projects as needed

​Qualification:

- Excellent proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint)  
- Experience of SAP SuccessFactors and/or Jira an advantage                                                           
- Professional proficiency in English. Fluent German an advantage
- Project management skills (both traditional and agile) an advantage
