Responsibilities: • Collect monthly payroll data, do data analysis, perform gross to net payroll calculation, and prepare payroll reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner. • Provide support in setting up Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Schemes for clients and enrolment & termination of clients' employees from the clients' MPF Schemes in accordance with MPF Scheme rules and the clients' policy. • Prepare Employer's annual returns and notifications in accordance with the relevant tax laws. • Assist in on boarding new clients, system implementation and data migration. • Provide support in administrative tasks, e.g. compliance procedures update, filing, printing, billing, etc. • Ensure necessary payroll processes/procedure is always followed. • Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products and responding to queries from clients and internal stakeholders on a timely manner.
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements: • University graduates with minimum 2 years' experience in payroll outsourcing or HR/ C&B related work preferably from professional firms • Understanding of payroll or other related finance activities • Detail oriented with strong numeric skills and be capable to work independently in a fast pace operational environment • Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office and MS Excel • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Effective organization and time management skills • Have a strong ability to do multiple tasks, work under pressure and to strict deadlines
