AM / Manager, Credit Documentation, Foreign Bank (Up to 45K)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform credit risk and legal documentation control tasks
• Check and validate the credit risk data, legal documents, agreements and security document
• Ensure T&C of facility documents conform to credit decision and legal requirement
• Perform ad-hoc credit-related tasks and projects

Required Competences:

• University degree holder or equivalent
• 5 years experience in Banking industry with at least 2 years of relevant experience in credit documentation/ credit control/ credit administration
• Sound knowledge of Corporate/ FIs lending loan documentation
• Sound knowledge of policies and processes relating to credit administration
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
