APAC Relationship Manager, VP
Understand RM clients
Manage clients by an Account Plan, including clear definition of client strategy, engagement, revenue & opportunities, SQ and delivery, technology & product, adhering to the construct as defined by the Global Client Division.
Develop proactive engagement across STT businesses from planning perspective, including product partners (GM, GX), GD and Technology
Develop appropriate forums for regular client executive engagement.
Develop bench of referenceable clients where appropriate, and track at a country/sector level
Document understanding of pain points and opportunities to improve servicing global managers for their 3rd party business in APAC. Work with Global Delivery and CDM to create specific action plans / initiatives to address pain points and opportunities
Develop a strategy that will result in strong participation, and measured improvement in the NPS survey
For the assigned portfolio of clients, identify and track growth opportunities, demonstrated by stronger pipeline and rigorous pipeline management in Salesforce
Facilitate a process that allows clients to clearly understand State Street's growth ambitions, and that their expectations are met to facilitate that growth
Ensure partners across the bank are engaged, and that they are best positioned to cross sell product to clients
Retain & Protect
Ensure clients at risk are clearly understood and escalated, and that there is appropriate focus to best protect business
Ensure there is sufficient awareness of risk to relationships (profitability, other competitor relationships or partnerships), and that strategies to mitigate those risks are developed
Contribute to the thought leadership agenda in region, ensuring State Street develop a program of forums and material that is relevant for the client base.
