Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber candidate to join them.

As a Senior Associate, you will review financial models and evaluate direct real estate investments in Asia Pacific. Produce investment proposals and support deal team leaders in origination, evaluation, due diligence and execution of both direct and joint venture real estate investments. Conduct market analysis on key markets and sub-markets in the region to support investment evaluation, asset management and formulation of investment/portfolio strategy. Analyze various forms of deal structures across the regions supported by financial analysis. Support Asia Real Estate Investment team on the Company’s real estate-related strategic initiatives and potential new product development and offerings.

As an Analyst, you will build financial models to evaluate direct real estate investments in Asia Pacific. Conduct market analysis on key markets and sub-markets in the region to support investment evaluation, asset management and formulation of investment/portfolio strategy. Analyze various forms of deal structures across the regions supported by financial analysis. Support deal team leaders in origination, evaluation, due diligence and execution of both direct and joint venture real estate investments. Support deal team leaders in preparation of investment proposals and coordination of internal stakeholders, portfolio managers and external partners and consultants. Support Asia Real Estate Investment team on the Company’s real estate-related strategic initiatives, reporting and potential new product development and offerings.

To be considered as Senior Associate, you should be a university graduate with around 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and knowledge in real estate transactions in Asia Pacific. Strong oral and written English communications skills. Attention to details.  Excellent interpersonal skills with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

For Analyst, you should be a degree holder with around 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant industry. Experience in investment banking or Asia Pacific real estate investment in an institutional environment would be preferred. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent technical capabilities in Excel and Powerpoint. Sound oral and written English communications skills.
