Accountabilities
Participate in the development and implementation of portfolio strategies/projects to drive net growth of quality DBS Treasures customers base
Lead and drive the implementation of regional/local-driven business projects/model to maximize sales revenue and increase customer qualified ratio
Be one of the key squad team members, work close with squad members and Business Analytics team to develop use cases and experiment of Contextual Marketing, build and refresh predictive models to improve campaign effectiveness and overall response rate
Identify and formulate portfolio and engagement campaign strategies to re-design segment-led cross-selling activities to scale up total wealth portfolio
Drive, review and revamp E2E engagement journeys and customer communication strategy to deepen customer relationship and grow customer experience
Explore sub-segment/micro-segment strategy to develop tailor-made campaigns/offers to deepen portfolio engagement and simulate cross-selling opportunities
Use data analysis, summarize findings and develop recommendations for management decision which drive impacts to the business
Liaise with related business unites, branches and channels to ensure the business initiatives are properly deployed
Establish effective relationship and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure operations, workflows and processes are effective, in compliance with internal and external guidelines
Provide support to supervisor on any projects related to regional or other business new initiatives
Responsibilities
Formulate business strategies to improve portfolio quality and profitability of the Bank's target customers
Lead both regional and local segment portfolio projects to maximize business revenue
Implement effective business and marketing plans as measured by the growth of quality customer base, portfolio balance, product penetration and customer revenue
Responsible to drive and build a customer-centric E2E segment journey and contextual nudges to address customers' needs grow customers' satisfaction
Use data-driven approach to identify business opportunities and transform customer insights into actionable initiatives
Requirements
Degree holder in business administration, finance, marketing or other related studies
8-10 years of experience in banking or financial industry, preferrable in Affluent Segment Management, and/or Product Marketing
Self-motivated, result-driven with excellent organizing skills, and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinses
Conversant with PC application including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
