AVP, HR Transformation (6 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Support and provide advice on HR transformation which align with HR strategy
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, system enhancement in terms of efficiency and data analytics
• Provide ad hoc presentation and regular reports and analysis to support key HR decisions
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Good spoken and written in both Chinese and English
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Highly analytical with solid ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Proficient in MS Office
