Corporate Banking, HRBP, HR Generalist, recruitment, compensation and benefits

Responsibilities:

Provided HR generalist services and advices to business units on recruitment and selection, staff compensation, employee relations, staff retention, performance management and salary review

Perform end-to-end process in recruitment from sourcing to new hire on-boarding

Requirements: 

Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines

Minimum 6years' all-rounded HR experience in Banking industry

Experience in providing advisory services to business partners will be an added advantage

Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance and other related HR practices

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
