Key responsibilities
- Processing and organizing invoice payments
- Review and record expenses and reconciliation
- Liaising with banks on general banking transactions
- Prepare cash balance summary, maintain bank statement records
- Prepare management reporting
- Other accounting and treasury tasks when necessary
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or other tertiary education in Accounting, or other Accounting qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible
- Good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin
- Adaptable to work in a small office environment
