•You will guide Scrum Masters and Product Owners, as well as business and technical teams.
•You will coach executives and managers on their leadership and attitude, and coach teams facing tough challenges (e.g. new workflows).
•You will contribute to building an environment where the continuous improvement of the development process and the delivery of outstanding outcomes sits front and centre.
•You will facilitate learning through workshops, training sessions and off-site team activities.
•You will actively identify areas of improvement, conceptualising methods on how to be more efficient as individuals and as a team.
•You may venture beyond software development and coach teams in all areas of a business (HR, marketing, finance, etc.).
•You will have the opportunity to attend conferences and/or contribute as a speaker.
•You will contribute to shaping the company culture, making it an awesome place to work.
•You have proven experience as an Agile coach
•You are experienced in working with engineering teams
•You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching.
•You are not afraid to raise issues to overcome obstacles when necessary.
•You’ve mastered at least 1 or 2 Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP or Lean) and ideally a scaling framework (LeSS, Spotify, SAFe, …)
•You’ve had exposure in coaching non-tech teams, or are exploring these areas (beyond budgeting, Agile marketing, Agile HR…)
