About the team

Corporate Banking Administration Section is responsible for concluding daily transactions including loan, FX, deposit, remittance and fund transfer with customers. The section perform excellent customer service to answer customer’s inquiry and cross-selling bank’s other products and services.

Role requirements

  • To provide banking services to Corporate Customers through telephone;
  • To conclude daily banking transactions including Bilateral Loans, Time Deposit, Foreign Exchange, Remittance, etc.;
  • To handle customers enquiries and to provide necessary support for the customers;
  • To provide various money market and FX indication rate to customers;
  • To liaise with various departments in front and back offices to ensure smooth completion of transactions.

Essential Functions

  • The individual is responsible for providing various indication rate to customers
  • He/she performs customer services and necessary support to customers
  • The individual solicits new transactions from customers
  • He/she is responsible for liaising with different department including front and back office to ensure smooth completion of all transactions

Competencies

  • We are looking for an individual who has mind-set to make improvements for higher productivity and performance
  • Continuously acquiring necessary knowledge through day to day work and training, the individual should learn to work independently or in a team
  • The individual respects for and commits to high standards of business conduct and integrity in conducting operations, reporting and etc.

Work experience, education and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business or finance related discipline;
  • 3 years’ experience in bank customer services or marketing support;
  • Good knowledge in banking products including money market transactions and foreign exchange;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin(spoken);
  • Strong communication skill and good telephone manner;
  • Proactive, accurate, detail-minded, and a good team player;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
