APOIDEA is an AI fintech company which leverages novel techniques in deep learning and natural language processing to extract insights within and among financial texts. We are actively serving financial institutions in Hong Kong and Singapore, which includes various applications in commercial lending, wealth management and securities brokerage. Currently, we have offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.
Responsibilities: - Support the finance team in daily functions which includes handling accounting transactions, book-keeping, data input, filing, preparing payments for the group companies
- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare Profit & Loss Report & Balance Sheet
- Check employee reimbursements and petty cash
- Assist to prepare the management report
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements: - Diploma holder or above in Accounting or Business related disciplines
- At least 1 year of work experience in bookkeeping
- Experience in using Accounting systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to coordinate with internal departments for daily operation and administrative functions
- Good command in English and Chinese
