Main Objectives & Purpose:
- Support Connexis Cash, the Group's global cash management e-banking solution, and Connexis Cash Mobile.
- Assist with the local setup of Connexis Cash for regulatory compliance.
- Manage deployments of releases and patches provided by the development teams.
Support of Cash Management Applications:
- Verify and troubleshoot reported incidents for Connexis Cash.
- Support server setup for Connexis Cash onshoring.
- Escalate and coordinate with the Development and maintenance team when necessary.
- Participate in crisis conference calls as required.
- Prioritize tasks and problems effectively.
- Explain problems within a given context and provide feedback.
- Review business requirements and offer constructive feedback.
- China-related working experience is a plus.
- Experience in project management is a bonus.
Deployment Responsibilities:
- Lead production deployments of major releases, quick fixes, patches, etc.
- Develop deployment roadmaps and conduct rehearsal and sanity tests before production deployments.
- Perform post-production testing and handle communication for changes.
On-Call & On-Site Support Roster:
- Participate in the mobile support hotline roster during weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Be available for support on Hong Kong Bank Holidays and weekends.
Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and Splunk.
- Strong SQL skills.
- UNIX/Linux scripting expertise.
- Knowledge of internet security concepts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of application and infrastructure support experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Internet applications.
- Basic skills in Java programming and algorithmic understanding.
- Familiarity with Simplified or Traditional Chinese.
- Knowledge of SWIFT formats (MT101, MT940, MT942) is a plus but not required.
