Application Support Analyst - (Multiple Listed Companies)

We are hiring Application Support Analysts across multiple experience levels for Leading Property and Insurance clients as well as local Conglomerate. This is your chance to work on multiple large-scale, user-centered digital projects including enhancing core systems and mobile/web applications. The company will prepare you with specialised training in technical skills and operating methodologies, giving you the confidence to provide crucial support in a wide range and high volume of applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st tier/L1 support (software, application) for end users
- Assist to write up (define) IT documentation, standards, guideline or manuals
- Provide administrative support on daily operation in customer applications, CMS, POS and mobile apps
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- FRESH GRADUATE or 1 - 5 years of experience, study background with IT courses related (Higher Diploma/Associate Degree are welcome)
- Experience on supporting systems/mobile applications
- Good communication skills and good learning attitude
- Cantonese and English required
