The Hong Kong Product Implementation and Change Management team is responsible for a wide range of activities focused on solutioning and change management. This role will focus on process improvement across as well as change management. It is a unique opportunity to work across the APAC AM business to support and help execute the business strategy. The role will be accountable for the automation of several processes through either IA tools or program work that re-engineer's processes for the business to meet client needs. In addition, the change management responsibilities require interaction across internal partners to understand their drivers, need and help solution, track, and deliver together with our vendors.

Both responsibilities require strong executive communication skills, organization, drive, project management, process improvement and problem solving. The individual needs to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with strong influencing skills and the ability to adapt rapidly to change.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Analyze processes to identify efficiency and automation initiatives
  • Implement on automation opportunities including design and governance
  • Manage change effectively to meet deadlines
  • Liaise with external parties to deliver on key initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and influence various stakeholders
  • Execute on plan and communicate regularly to senior stakeholders across the business
Qualifications
  • University degree with major in either MIS, Computer Science, or related disciplines with knowledge in asset management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Macro, formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools including Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath and data visualization platform such as Business Objects, Qlikview and QlikSense
  • Disciplined project management, organization, and execution skills with some prior experience
  • Team player with good learning attitude, highly committed, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
  • Analytical with the ability to form and execute on strategy
  • High regard for attention to details, accuracy, and quality
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, confident to engage with business users
