Hang Seng Investment Management Limited - Chief Operating Office, Client Management Department Hang Seng Investment Management Limited (HSVM) offers a full spectrum of asset management services to both private and corporate investors. The funds cover different asset classes, including global equities, bonds, money markets and foreign exchange markets. We also provide asset management services for retirement schemes, institutional investors and charitable organisations.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Assistant Client Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities - Support the on-boarding and ongoing due diligence reviews of HSVM clients (including fund distributors, fund direct clients and institutional clients with investment mandate) in full compliance of regulatory and Group compliance requirements
- Assist Head of Client Management to formulate and implement business initiatives to achieve better customer experience
- Assist Head of Client Management to implement Group and regulatory projects in relation to HSVM clients
- Able to provide high quality client services support to HSVM clients and investors
Requirements - University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
- Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
- Minimum 2 years of banking/asset management experience with knowledge of financial crime compliance and investment products
- Strong project management skill and organization skill
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
