Private Banking and Trust Services - Private Banking Department We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Assistant Client Service Manager (Enhanced Due Diligence).
Principal Responsibilities - Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) profile review for Private Banking customers (personal and entity clients) during account opening or regular review
- Engage in collecting detailed customer information and validating supporting document for updating clients' EDD profile and bank record
- Collaborate with frontline, operation and control teams to complete EDD profile at quality and up to Bank standard
- As gatekeeper to ensure each profile review and approval is completed within specified timelines
Requirements - University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' reatil banking/ private banking experience, preferably with exposure to EDD process, retail banking/ private banking business and knowledge of related regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Strong attentiveness to detail, compliance and control orientation
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with sound knowledge of applicaiton software such as MS Excel
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
