Assistant Customer Proposition Manager - Wealth and Personal Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Customer Proposition Manager.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Key contributor to launch new digital channels to enhance customer journeys, including acquisition, servicing and customer engagement.
  • Implement and launch various electronic/digital initiatives and customer journeys on MPF PWS, PIB, Mobile App, WeChat and Chat channels to support the Pensions business
  • Support the development of new digital journeys to improve customer experience throughout their entire retirement planning and post-retirement journey.
  • Support the launch of Retirement Modeler to ensure that MPF is properly integrated into the Retirement Proposition as part of the Wealth agenda.
  • Content release and maintenance for HSBC Mandatory Provident Fund website, Chat channels and mobile application
  • Coordinate with front-end and back-end IT, digital teams and Pensions content owners to facilitate the implementation of marketing and customer communications in digital channels including Pensions PWS, mobile application and Chat channels
  • Work closely with various internal stakeholders, business partners and external vendors to implement digital projects and tasks
  • Manage agencies and monitor project progress to ensure quality of work
  • Provide support on digital initiatives, projects and tasks as assigned
  • Support line manager and work closely with other team members


  • Degree holder or high diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in Mandatory Provident Fund, insurance or banking industry is highly desirable
  • Experience and knowledge in mobile banking and application, internet banking, digital marketing, and website content management is preferred
  • A good team player and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
