Assistant Human Resources Manager (Onboarding)
Responsibilities: - Liaise with recruiters to arrange new hires' contract signing and other onboarding related issues
- Prepare onboarding documents and onboarding kits
- Initiate background and HR compliance checks etc. as required
- Answer inquiries from new hires in regards to onboarding issues when needed
- Assist in drafting/updating recruitment related policies and operation manual etc.
- Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or other related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years experience in human resources or similar administrative role from sizable corporations
- Experience in Application Tracking System is highly preferred
- Possess good understanding of recruitment practices and procedures
- Meticulous, mature, independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Good computer literacy in MS office: Word, Excel and PPT
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
