Responsibilities:
Manage the content update / upload / maintenance of existing / new digital assets including Public Website, inMotion, etc.
Manage the account and content of existing and upcoming new social media platforms (e.g. WeChat CNCBI Account)
Responsible for social listening and rolling out social media engagement activities.
Generate and implement click tagging across digital assets to generate click stream data in order to track user behaviour to optimize business performance
Generate digital analytics report to analyse customer footprints across our digital assets and conduct A-B testing to optimize digital customer journey by to improving response rate, reducing form drop-off rate, service cross-selling rate, product conversion rate.
Work with line manager to implement effective Robotic Process Automation (RPA) / End User Computing (EUC) to streamline online acquisition and engagement campaigns execution to reach the economy of scale
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Digital Acquisition and Engagement Initiatives / Innovation projects
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process automation in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Website / mobile app content management and data analytical tools
Methodologies and coding skills to track website traffic and analytical report generation
Digital Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization
Business Process Optimization / Robotic Process Automation
Degree holder in Computer Science / System Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking/finance industry, preferably in E-Channel development.
