To provide full spectrum support of Human Resources to the team;
To be responsible for the compensation and benefits operations, including monthly payroll, pension schemes, taxation, benefit administration etc;
To support annual exercise of pay review, budget planning;
To handle end-to-end recruitment process and provide relevant advisories to the hiring managers;
To assist in training and office administration functions when necessary; and
To participate in other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience, experience in insurance or public sector will be an advantage;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
A good team player and self-motivated;
Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
