You will be responsible for overseeing the authorization team. Maintaining a smooth 7 x 24 hours services hotlines to cardholders, merchants and acquiring banks.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Team / Section Head and undertake the assigned roles and tasks
• Supervise and provide coaching to team members
• Support hotlines services to cardholder, merchants and acquiring Banks
• Review and make suggestions to achieve effective workflow and workloads
• Assist Team Head in ad hoc projects, conduct user acceptance tests and ensure the reliability of the Authorization systems.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years credit card authorization experience or Secondary educated with at least 8 years credit card authorization experience
• In-depth knowledge of Credit Card Authorization
• Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work in shift duty
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
