Assist to formulate and implement business programs for acquisition and portfolio to achieve target.
Manage the customer journey and its logistics as well as monitoring program performance.
Develop card value proposition to maintain best-in-class service in target segments.
Work closely with stakeholders to maximize efficiency and solicit the end-to-end process flow and maintain respective marketing collaterals.
Understand product system structure and behaviour. Collaborate and support system change adherence to project schedule and quality deliverables, particularly per regulatory and Card Association’s requirements
Collaborate with Contact Centre to handle customers’ enquiries and complaints.
Monitor the product and campaign performance to grow revenue.
Collaborate with technical team for driving project, system change, UAT and health check in order comply regulatory requirements and Group’s initiatives
Requirements
University degree in business or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in credit card or banking product
Good communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office Application
