Responsibilities:
- Understand customer’s feedback and complaints on using digital products, and verify their feedback and complaints in testing environment
- Identify defects and work with technical teams to provide solutions of defects on various channels such as Internet Banking (Cyberbanking for BEA), Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) and Digital Branches, etc.
- Define the acceptance criteria and prepare testing data
- Liaise with related departments to resolve defects
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Requirements:
- University graduate with a relevant degree and area of studies
- Preferable 3-5 years’ experience in banking sector covering the following:
- 1-3 years' of experience in User Acceptance Test (“UAT”) position
- Good understanding in retail banking products and services
- Sound knowledge in retail banking operations, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Able to lead a team to ensure the service quality
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
