Execute marketing activities for general insurance and MPF, focusing on acquiring new business and retaining existing business for the Bank
Collaborate primarily with the Relationship Managers (RMs) of Business Banking and Private Banking to identify and pursue business opportunities among bank clients, with the aim of achieving assigned sales targets.
Encourage and motivate the business units responsible for insurance and MPF to achieve desired business outcomes in the field of general insurance.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by meeting predetermined service standards.
Foster strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality services to business partners, Relationship Managers, and customers.
Adhere fully to the operational guidelines and requirements of the group, as well as the legal and compliance regulations set by regulatory bodies.
Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to junior supporting staff, enabling them to provide the necessary support and services for meeting business and sales targets.
Conduct timely annual reviews of high-risk or unsuitable customers.
Regularly review relevant Management Information System (MIS) reports to promptly identify any suspicious transactions.
Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline
2 years of MPF/ GI selling experience
Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing
Self-motivated, independent with good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
