Identify and implement product distribution strategies of Insurance products to meet business goal of the company
Support product discussion with product providers and formulate insight-based product initiatives to enable various channel expansion
Co-ordinate closely with product providers and internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance & IT, etc., to ensure smooth execution of planned initiatives
Conduct market research on insurance and MPF products and internal analyses to ensure product competitiveness of business platform compared with market from time to time
Perform new product providers’ and products evaluation process, and ongoing product due diligence for continues product expansion, including insurance, MPF and non-licensed alternative products
Supervise junior members in the team to ensure smooth execution of department and deliverable
Provide ad-hoc projects & initiatives as assigned with alignment of group product strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 3 - 5 years+ of solid experience in insurance product management,
In-depth knowledge on insurance products. Experience in insurance companies is an advantage.
Strong business acumen, self-motivated and customer-oriented
Independent, well-organized and detail oriented
Strong people and communication skills to all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
