Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager, Recruitment and Business Partner
Human Resources Department

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Screen and select applicants for interviews, conduct employment interviews and make recommendations to line managers for further assessments
  • Liaise with line managers to identify their staffing needs and recommends effective solutions to facilitate them achieving business targets
  • Source appropriate recruitment channels to fulfill the recruitment needs, including preparing recruitment advertisements and sourcing appropriate effective recruitment agencies


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment position, preferably in a banking environment
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and relevant banking regulation
  • Able to work under pressure, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Putonghua
