(Assistant) Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and develop innovative digital services
- Participate in product optimization, enhancement and maintenance
- Work closely with IT and other business units for project
- Develop detailed project plans and manage projects under tight timelines
- Degree holder or above with major in IT, Finance or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years' work experience with Internet product design, experience gained from Internet or mobile payment company and non-financial institution is also fine
- Innovative thinking, good at designing products that change the ecology of the industry
- Familiar with digital service, consumer finance, payment services with practical experience
- Familiar with banking systems
- Sound knowledge in the regulatory requirements in banking is a plus
- Excellent communication skill and teamwork
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight timelines
- Proactive, strong analytical mind, good problem-solving and multi-tasking skill
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
