Overview: Establishing relationship of trust with our high net worth (HNW) clients, consulting on asset management and preservation

Job Description

  • Attend to the Relationship Manager(s) and client instructions in an efficient and professional manner at all times
  • Update the Relationship Manager(s) on any arising client issues, ensure timely follow up on pending documents
  • Prepare account opening documents and maintain rigid control on account documentation and compliance standard for the Relationship Manager(s)
  • Comply with the internal directives and policies with particular emphasis on due diligence, money laundering and procedures in order to protect the firm’s interest
  • Maintain client data and reports
  • Responsible for proper system and file maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to the Relationship Manager(s)


Knowledge / skill:

  • Experience in sales assistance operations at financial institutions (trust banks, securities companies, etc.)
  • Understand and comply with laws, regulations, and internal rules (KYC, AML, FATCA, etc.)
  • Business manners knowledge (Business letter creation, telephone response, clients response etc.)
  • Intermediate level English ability (general communication can be taken)

  • Team player and details oriented
  • Degree holder, preferably with 2-3 years relevant work experience in Banking /financial markets environment and have a good understanding of different financial products
  • Attention to details and ability to work well under pressure
  • Customer-orientated, excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent command of English and business proficiency in Mandarin is must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with use of the Bloomberg Terminal and financial database or similar products is a plus
  • HKMA/SFC license holder
