Scope of Responsibilities
Client and Trade Management
- Support relationship managers
- Be the point of entry for processing client orders and account opening
- Make sure that adminstrative arrangements, such as client onboarding and client-related processes are completed
- Carry out daily transaction processing and troubleshooting
- Keep in contact with internal and external clients
COO Office Management
- Support COO on business management, risk management and operation matter
- Be the coordinator with legal, compliance and other departments including insurance and asset management department
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments as mandated by COO office
- Assist COO to manage institutional relationships including Private Banks, distributors and other business providers
- Involve in month end processing work with Finance and other middle office function
- Prepare procedures, policies, guidelines, notes for External Asset Managers

Qualification
- Relevant HKMA/SFC licensing
