Lead teams and manage individual and business account opening and maintenance, audit confirmation and account investigation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead teams to manage individual and business account opening, customer information, signature maintenance, audit confirmation and account investigation
•Establish and ensure adherence to departmental guidelines as well as compliance with the Bank’s policy
•Perform regular tracking on deliverable quality and produce monthly report for management review
•Report all deviation and propose solution to management for preventive and corrective action
•Give advice from operations’ perspective for new products/ service development.
•Plan and design workflow to support program and product launch
•Manage and coordinate different projects as assigned


Requirements
•Degree holder or equivalent
•Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience with at least 3 years in managerial level
•Good knowledge on banking policy and operational procedures
•General knowledge on AML and FATCA regulations
•Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
•Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Putonghua)
